From October 8 to 10, Aurum participated in the fair Fruit Attraction with a stand that brought visitors the best of its offering. In addition, it organized a exclusive showcooking with nutritionist Aitor Sánchez (@midietacojea) and chef Virginia García (@creativegan), which was a real success, filling the room with attendees. During the event, we presented five original, quick and delicious recipes, all created to highlight the unique qualities of Aurum mangoes and avocados. It was an unforgettable experience that allowed everyone to enjoy and savour the freshness of Aurum!
