With the aim of continuing to improve as a company, being a stronger and more consolidated group, as well as achieving a more efficient structure, starting next day 07.01.2023 CMR GROUP goes one step further, and CMR INFINITA will merge with FRUITS CMR. This merger is a new step to define aspirations, unite teams and resources around a common objective and position itself, even more solidly if possible, at a commercial level in the sector.
The process will have an important milestone on 24/07, date on which the computer integration will take place.
